Shipping policy

Shipping
Orders from Dog on the Go are fulfilled by our partner merchant and ship from their location, not from our address.
Shipping methods and prices are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. The amount shown at checkout is what you pay for shipping.

Processing and delivery
After you place an order, we send it to our partner to fulfill. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 30 business days, unless the product page says otherwise.
Delivery times after that depend on the method you choose at checkout and the carrier. Dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking
When the partner ships your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if the carrier provides it).

Split shipments
If your order ships in more than one package, you may receive separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.
